Tot 30 dagen na je aankoop kun je die ontbinden, zonder opgave van reden. Daarin vallen ook de 14 dagen bedenktijd die de wet je geeft. Ik betaal je binnen 14 dagen na je melding terug, via dezelfde betaalwijze. Daarna vervalt je toegang tot de tool. Zie artikel 8 van de algemene voorwaarden.
Het formulier werkt op dit moment niet. Je ontbinding is dus nog niet bij mij binnen. Stuur me dan een e-mail naar kevin@emigratieplan.nl met deze tekst:
Open deze tekst in je mailprogramma. Een e-mail binnen de termijn telt net zo goed als dit formulier.
Liever op een andere manier?
Je kunt ook het modelformulier voor ontbinding (pdf) invullen en naar mij mailen, of me gewoon een e-mail sturen op kevin@emigratieplan.nl. Elke duidelijke melding is genoeg.

You can cancel your purchase up to 30 days after you bought it, without giving a reason. This includes the 14-day cooling-off period the law gives you. I refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. Your access to the tool then ends. Use the form above: Naam is your name, Ordernummer is your order number (it is in your order confirmation email), E-mailadres is the email address you bought with. Then click Ontbind mijn aankoop (cancel my purchase). You immediately receive a confirmation by email, in Dutch and English, with the date, the time and what you submitted. If the form does not work, email kevin@emigratieplan.nl with your name, your order number and the sentence "I cancel my purchase at Emigratieplan". Article 8 of my terms and conditions (in Dutch) applies.
